At Gardenwed, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a garment may not be exactly what you expected, and we are here to help you through the return process.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Holiday Return Window Extension: To accommodate seasonal occasions and holidays, we provide an additional 7-day grace period.
This means you have a total of 37 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate your return.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure that:
The item is in its original, pristine condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed) with its original packaging.
All original tags are still attached.
Please note: For quality and hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted for a refund.
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly replace it for you immediately.
Please reach out to us at service@gardenwed.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
To ensure your return is processed quickly and reaches the correct department, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us first to initiate the return process. Please do not send your package to the address listed on the original shipping label, as it may not be our dedicated return center.

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you a friendly email notification. Once approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Return Shipping: As a small boutique, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
