We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have  15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Holiday Return Window Extension:To accommodate seasonal occasions and holidays:
Thanksgiving Day: Orders between Nov 26, 2026, and Nov 27.2026
Christmas: Orders between Dec 25, 2026, and Dec 26, 2026
We provide an additional 7-day grace period. This means you have a total of 22 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate your return.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure that:

The item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed) with its original packaging and tags.
Please note: For quality and hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted for a refund. 

Exchanges for Damaged Items

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you a friendly email notification. Once approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: We do not charge a restocking fee; however, as a small boutique, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs for returning your item.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
