We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Holiday Return Window Extension: To accommodate seasonal occasions and holidays:

Christmas: Orders between Dec 25, 2026, and Dec 26, 2026

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly replace it for you immediately. Please reach out to us at service@gardenwed.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
