• Expedited Shipping: 3 - 8 Business Days. For faster delivery, we offer an expedited service for a flat fee of $40.00 USD.

Our 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Holiday Return Window Extension: To accommodate seasonal occasions and holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), we provide an additional 7-day grace period.
This means you have a total of 37 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate your return.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure that:

The item is in its original, pristine condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed) with its original packaging.

All original tags are still attached.
Please note: For quality and hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted for a refund. 

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly replace it for you immediately.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at service@gardenwed.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you a friendly email notification. Once approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: We do not charge for restocking fee, however, as a small boutique, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs for returning your item.

Original Shipping: Please note that original expedited shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
